Please take into consideration that all items are custom and handmade to order. Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 3-7 business days. During holidays and sales, shipping times are extended to 10-15 business days after purchase.

Once an order is fulfilled, tracking information will be updated within 24 hours. Shipping is done via USPS and typically takes 2-3 days for US orders.

​

Full payment is due in order to begin a custom order.

​

**Custom and Handcrafted items are made for you; therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted. In the event that an item needs to be resized, we will work with you to provide size adjustments as necessary.

Return Policy

 

All Sales Are Final: We take pride in offering high-quality products and services, and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, please be advised that due to waistbeads being considered an intimate item, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except under exceptional circumstances outlined below.There will be no refunds issued due to a sizing error on the customer's part. (incorrect sizing: sizing being too small or large, and/or waistbead being sealed improperly: no sealant and being tied too tightly or loosely around body.).

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a refund or replacement.

  2. Shipping Errors: If there is an error in the shipment of your order (e.g., wrong item sent), please contact us promptly. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a refund.

How to Request a Refund in Exceptional Circumstances: If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception to our all-sales-final policy, please follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: Our team will review the information provided and assess whether the circumstances meet the criteria for a refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

  3. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will guide you through the necessary steps for the return process or arrange an appropriate resolution.

Note: Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Hermosa Designs is not responsible for any package that has been lost or stolen.

​

In the event that your package has been confirmed via USPS (marked 'DELIVERED') and you did not receive your item, you must file a claim with USPS, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

​

Packages that have been lost during transit are eligible for re-fulfillment.
